About English Teacher
Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training is hiring for the post of English Teacher (20 posts).
The English Teacher will be responsible for teaching English to students at Daanish Schools on a contract basis.
- Deliver comprehensive English language and literature lessons.
- Enhance students' written and verbal communication skills.
Requirements for English Teacher
Applicants for English Teacher must have 16 years of education in English Language/Literature/TEFL/TEIL/TESOL from an HEC-recognized institution, with a minimum 2nd Division or specified CGPA. An M.Ed./B.Ed. will be an advantage.
- Education: 16 years' education [Master's / BS / BSc (Hons) / BA (Hons)] in English Language / Literature / TEFL / TEIL / TESOL, minimum 2nd Division; where CGPA is prescribed, minimum 2.50/4.00 or 3.50/5.00, from an HEC-recognized institution. M.Ed./B.Ed. will be given due advantage.
- Skills: Sound knowledge of English grammar and composition; excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- After depositing the fee, click on ‘Verify Online Payment’ on the ETC Dashboard. The test fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Provide a valid email and mobile number for examination date, time, and venue notifications. SMS will not be sent to mobile numbers converted from one network to another.
- Candidates must resolve any queries/complaints before the web registration portal closes.
- It is mandatory to bring the Original CNIC/Original Passport and the Roll No. slip (issued by ETC via email or downloaded from the candidate’s portal) on the test day. Failure to do so will result in not being allowed to sit in the exam.
