Eligibility and Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following general criteria. Specific job descriptions, minimum eligibility criteria (qualification and experience), and other terms and conditions for each position are available on the official PHEC website: https://punjabhec.gov.pk/
- Age Limit: Maximum 50 years for all advertised positions.
- Domicile: Applicants must hold a domicile of Punjab.
- Application Channel: Applicants currently serving in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organizations must apply through the proper channel.
Important Instructions
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for tests or interviews.
- Candidates who previously applied for positions at Sr. Nos. 1, 2 & 5 (advertised vide IPL-3742) are not required to apply afresh. Their previously submitted applications will remain valid and will be considered for the respective positions, subject to fulfillment of the prescribed eligibility criteria and all other applicable terms and conditions.
- These vacancies are purely on a contract basis.
- Hiring will be conducted in accordance with the applicable laws, rules, and regulations of PHEC and the Government of the Punjab.
- PHEC reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of positions, or to withhold, terminate, or cancel the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason.

- Rs. 2,000/- for positions mentioned at Serial No. 1-4.
- Rs. 1,500/- for positions mentioned at Serial No. 5-6.
- The fee is payable in favor of the Punjab Higher Education Commission via Digital Transfer or Deposit Slip to The Bank of Punjab (Account No. 6580045615700054, Branch Code 0320). Applications without the required fee will be considered incomplete and rejected.
