Yes. The early-career section lists vacancies whose advertisement states that fresh candidates may apply, and the experience hub separates fresh, one year, two years and above.

Joblo never charges for a listing or an application. Some government recruitments require a challan fee paid to the department or testing service, and that fee is stated in the original advertisement — always check it there before paying anything.

Most advertisements ask for CNIC, domicile, educational certificates, recent photographs and experience certificates where relevant. The exact list is in the advertisement, which each listing links to.

Several departments run recruitment through a testing body such as NTS, ETEA, OTS or a provincial public service commission. Where an advertisement names one, applications and test fees go through that body. The testing services hub lists each one with the jobs it currently handles.

No. Once the deadline in the advertisement passes, the department stops accepting applications. Expired advertisements stay on Joblo for reference, and each is clearly marked as closed.
