Job Overview

Eligibility and Qualifications

Candidates applying for the Chief Executive Officer position must meet the following criteria:

• Education:
  • B.Sc Engineering in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical from an HEC recognized university/institute.
  • OR Master’s in Environmental Engineering from an HEC recognized university/institute.
• Experience:
  • Overall 15 years of post-qualification experience relevant to public or private organizations at HoD/Senior Management level.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Leadership Position. Preference will be given to candidates with WATSAN/Municipal Services related experience.
  • Prior working experience in an international organization or a similar entity.
• Skills & Abilities:
  • Good working knowledge of ICT Technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills with proven team player abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and experience in proactively identifying and addressing issues.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities.
  • Sectoral and organizational awareness, understanding the role of the Government as a key shareholder, and knowledge of the statutory responsibilities of a Chief Executive.
  • Ability to demonstrate leadership in the corporate sector, particularly in ‘creation of value’ in a professional environment, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Result-oriented approach with the ability to implement effective business plans based on developed sustainable strategies.
  • High proficiency in computer software use and excellent communication skills.
• Age Limit:
  • The candidate should preferably not be more than 57 years of age at the time of appointment.
  • However, the Board of Directors may relax the upper age limit in exceptional circumstances, considering the professional experience and suitability of the candidate.

Salary Package

The salary for the Chief Executive Officer position will be offered as per the company’s policy, depending upon the candidate’s qualification and experience.
