Eligibility and Qualifications

1. Chief Finance Officer (BPS-18)

• Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA), ACCA, ACMA, BBA (Finance), M.Com, or an equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized institution.
• Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, budgeting, and financial management, preferably in the healthcare or public sector.

2. Administrative Officer (BPS-17)

• Qualification: MBA, MPA, BBA (Hons.), Master’s in Management/HR, or an equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized institution.
• Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in a hospital or public sector organization.

3. Internal Auditor (BPS-16)

• Qualification: MBA, M.Com, BBA in Accounting & Finance, or an equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized institution.
• Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in internal audit, accounts, or financial compliance.
