Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for this leadership role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Education: A minimum Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering, complemented by a Master’s degree in a relevant field from an HEC-recognized institution.
• Experience: At least 8 years of professional experience in IT Project Management, with a specific focus on banking applications for a minimum of 3 years.
• Skills: Proficiency in project management methodologies, computer architecture, and MS Office tools (Project, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making abilities are essential.
• Certifications: Candidates holding relevant professional certifications will be given preference.

Core Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of IT projects. Key duties include:

• Leading project planning, execution, and closure while ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Managing stakeholder expectations and defining project requirements, risks, and constraints.
• Overseeing the creation of project documentation, including resource plans and risk management strategies.
• Supervising cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery within scope and budget.
• Providing regular status updates and reports to senior management.
