Important Instructions

• Only Punjab-domiciled candidates are eligible to apply.
• Candidates already in government/semi-government service must apply through the proper channel.
• All experience claimed must be supported by documentary evidence and duly verified by the respective employer(s).
• Applicants with foreign degrees must provide an Equivalency Certificate from HEC/IBCC, Islamabad, within the due date.
• If a foreign degree/certificate is in a language other than English, an English translation from a recognized institute must be provided.
• Distinction marks will only be granted upon provision of an authentic document issued by the Controller of Examinations.
• For DMCs/transcripts where the percentage of marks is not mentioned, a certificate regarding the percentage must be provided from the University/institution concerned.
• Eligibility will be reckoned until the closing date.
• Quota (Women/Disability/Minorities) will be observed as per Government of Punjab directions. If seats are not matured against quota, applications will be converted to open merit.
• Candidates must meet minimum and maximum age limits on the closing date of application submission. Age relaxation for initial recruitment will be admissible as per Government of Punjab policy.
• Any deficiency, concealment, or misrepresentation of facts will lead to disqualification.
• Candidates dismissed/terminated from service or penalized by any University/Government/Department/Autonomous Body/Semi-Government Organization are not eligible.
• Only eligible/shortlisted candidates will be called for Test/Interview. Short-listing will be done according to the university’s procedure.
• The university is not responsible for delays or late receipt of applications due to courier/postal services.
• No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
• The university reserves the right not to fill any post, withhold appointments, convert contractual posts into permanent or vice versa, and increase or decrease the number of seats without assigning any reason.
