Eligibility and Qualifications

Candidates applying for Constable General (BPS-07) and Lady Constable (BPS-07) must meet the following criteria:

• Educational Qualification: Minimum Matric Pass from a recognized board.
• Domicile: Applicants must hold a local/domicile certificate of the district for which they are applying within Balochistan.
• Age Limit:
  • Constable General (Male): 18 to 30 years as of the application deadline.
  • Lady Constable (Female): 18 to 28 years as of the application deadline.
• Physical Standards:
  • Constable General (Male):
    • Height: Minimum 5 feet 5 inches
    • Chest: 31 x 32 1/2 inches
    • Running Test: 1.6 KM in 7 minutes
  • Lady Constable (Female):
    • Height: Minimum 5 feet
    • Running Test: 1 KM in 7 minutes
• Age Relaxation: No age relaxation will be granted beyond the specified limits, as per the Government of Balochistan policy (not applicable to uniformed force).
• Examinations: Candidates must pass physical, written (English, Urdu, General Knowledge), and general knowledge tests on merit.

Important Notes

• 5% quota is reserved for women and 5% for minority communities, as per government policy.
• No TA/DA will be admissible for tests or interviews.
• The department reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies or cancel the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason.
• Successful candidates may be posted in any unit/district (including ATF/CTD). Refusal to perform duties at the assigned place will result in dismissal/termination from service.
• Successful candidates will be required to undergo training outside their home district. Refusal will lead to dismissal/termination from service.
